Hotel does not provide airport shuttle despite listing as one of the features (i have tried to order shuttle before trip via phone and the answer was that hotel does not provide the service, and during stay i have tried to reserve transportation multiple times, but answer was that it is only available to train station). If you arrive by airport which is approx 5 km from hotel, you have 2 options taxi which ripps you off taking 45€ for very short ride and there is high chance you will not get it or public transport which requires either to walk with your luggage in +35 degress almost a kilometer or requires to change multiple lines.
This is a great and true 4 star hotel! The personnel is super attentive and they speak English and Russian which is rare for Italy;) they got all year round working pool and spa. The rooms are clean and pretty new with tasteful design. The meals are great too, the only thing i missed at breakfast were some veggies. Well and the fan in the bathroom is too powerful and gets too hot) that's it I promise))
Lovely hotel near viale Ceccarini, in front of the seaside, super staff!...and...don't miss their swimming pool and spa!
It was the first time in this hotel, but not the last...
The staff of this hotel is sympathetic, friendly and so competent.
As for room (469), we had very cozy with beautiful view on seaside.
What about dining, the menu is very rich.
In a word - you don't remain hungry 😉

Hotel looks amazing, the breakfast was exceptional, thought the bathroom had some mold and someone left medicine on the rack, I don’t think the room was worth the price, other than that is was a good hotel and the staff was exceptional
Very clean and well laid out hotel. Close to beach and shops but nice and quiet. Great staff. Would recommend.
We have been here some years ago. It was winter. The hotel was ok. What was great was the big transparent pool over the entrance.
Good place to stay for a business trip, the swimming pool was heated and pleasant to stay in. Breakfast with homemade cakes or buffet was good.
